Pricing Note:
All pricing is based on pickup and drop-off within the city limits of Fredericksburg. We will pick up and drop off outside the city limits for an additional fee if the tour is private. If you are staying with us at the Keidel Inn and Gasthaus at 403 East Main Street, the van will be at that location and we’ll depart from there.
Private Tours:
Eight (8) or more people required for a private tour. We provide a 15 passenger van for our guests.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the tour (full refund except for any non-refundable tastings & tours made at the time of booking). Cancellations within 14 days of the tour date will result in a 50% charge to the credit card on file based on the number in the reservation and tour selected. Any cancellations within 7 days of the tour date will result in a 50% charge to the credit card on file based on the number in the reservation and tour selected.
Deposit:
None required. Full payment will be due on the date of the tour. Please note some places require non-refundable reservations for tastings and tours.
Gratuity:
We do not automatically add driver gratuity. All tips are greatly appreciated. Our driver/guide is responsible for travel safety, guiding you to your selected destinations, answering any questions and assisting guests with any boxes/bags. They are there to make your tour enjoyable & safe for all our guests.
